The medical practice signed me up. What do I do next?

If a dietitian is available, the medical practice will schedule your appointment directly.

If no Oviva dietitian is present, they will send us your prescription. In that case:

  • We will contact you to arrange an appointment, or
  • You may be asked to reach out to us directly.

If you haven't heard from us within a few days, feel free to get in touch for an update.
